1. What is your turnaround time for vinyl pressing?
- Our standard turnaround time for vinyl pressing is 6 to 10 weeks.
- We also offer special Express Vinyl Packages that takes just 4 to 6 weeks. The kicker, it's actually cheaper than most of our standard lacquer vinyl packages!
- Need your vinyl even faster? We offer custom RUSH charges allowing us to complete orders in as little as 3 to 4 weeks. Please contact us for additional information on these custom RUSH jobs.
2. What are the minimum and maximum order quantities?
Most of our packages have a minimum order of 50 or 100 records, and we provide online pricing for quantities up to 1,000.
If you need more than 1,000 records, we can accommodate any size order—just contact us for custom pricing.
3. How do I submit my artwork?
We make submitting your artwork simple and straightforward:
- Video Tutorials: We provide easy-to-follow video tutorials that guide you step-by-step on how to prepare your artwork.
- Artwork Templates: We offer free, downloadable templates that make it easy to set up your art in programs like Photoshop.
- Easy Upload Portal: Once your artwork is ready, use our upload portal to send us large files with just a click.

4. Can I customize my vinyl (color, weight, packaging)?
Yes, absolutely! You can customize everything—from the color and style of your vinyl, including splatter, haze, and even picture discs, to fully personalized packaging options. Choose from classic jackets, custom printed jackets, large gatefold jackets, additional inserts, posters, and more. The sky’s the limit!

5. What are the costs involved in vinyl pressing?
We’ve made pricing as simple as possible—there are no hidden fees and no extra costs for things like lacquers or stampers. The price you see on the website is the price you pay, with just shipping and applicable taxes to consider.
*The only exception is that vinyl pressing isn’t an exact science, so there may be a 5-10% variance in your final order’s quantity. In these cases, we’ll adjust the final invoice so you’re only billed for what’s actually pressed. You’ll either be billed for any extra records or we’ll credit/refund you for any that weren’t made. We believe in transparency, so you always know what to expect.
6. What audio formats do you accept for vinyl pressing?
We accept the following audio formats for vinyl pressing:
- Preferred Format: 24-bit, 96kHz WAV or AIFF (vinyl pre-master standard).
- Other Formats: We accept files down to CD quality (16-bit, 44.1kHz), though higher resolutions are preferred.
