Select Your Package And Get Your Price Online
Choose size, quantity, colour, jacket and extras in the Vinyl Price Builder. Your full price updates as you go.
The builder shows a clear ship by date before you pay. Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 weeks, with Rush options for tight dates.

Send Us Your Materials.
After checkout we need three things to get your order into production: your artwork, your audio and your vinyl order form. You can send them to us, or use Backstage™, our online order desk.

Artwork
Build your jacket and label artwork on our templates, then upload it.

Audio
Upload your audio as WAV files, one file per side. Put all the songs for a side together in one long WAV file, with 3 seconds of silence between songs. One file for Side A, one file for Side B.

Vinyl Order Form
The Vinyl Order Form has your song times and mastering preferences, and we cannot cut the lacquer until we have it. Basic mastering is included in every package.
It also includes your rights declaration: proof that you own or have licensed the songs on your record.
What Is Backstage Order Desk?
Our online portal for your order. As soon as checkout is complete you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and a link to Backstage Order Desk, your order page. Work at your own pace, on your own time.

We Take It From Here.

Proofs
We send you proofs within 2 business days. Once you approve them, the production clock starts.

Production Starts
We start printing your labels and jackets, and your lacquers and stampers are made.

Test Pressings
If your package includes test pressings: as soon as your lacquers and stampers are complete, we run your test pressings and ship them to you. Please review and approve them within 24 to 48 hours to avoid delays.

Final Count, Payment And Shipping
Once approved, we finish pressing and let you know when your order is done. Vinyl manufacturing can produce up to 10% more or fewer records than the quantity you ordered. Extra records are charged and any shortfall is credited or refunded.
No order ships until it is paid in full. Tracking appears in Backstage Order Desk the day your order ships.
